Loathe is a British heavy band from Liverpool known for fusing metalcore intensity with shoegaze atmosphere and industrial texture. Debut LP The Cold Sun (2017) set the template with drop-tuned heft and cinematic interludes. Breakthrough I Let It In and It Took Everything (2020) expanded the range with cleaner melodies, dense layering, and precise rhythm work. Ambient follow-up The Things They Believe (2021) underlined the band’s interest in world-building and mood. Onstage they move from punishing grooves to widescreen calm without losing momentum. Expect tight execution, deep low end, and a set that alternates impact and haze.
