Rene Vaca is a Los Angeles stand-up from the San Fernando Valley and winner of the 16th annual StandUp NBC competition in 2020.  He dropped out of college to pursue comedy and built momentum in LA club rooms, notably the Laugh Factory and Improv. 

He was featured in Netflix Is A Joke Festival 2024’s “Introducing” lineup and quickly sold out additional festival shows.  He also curates a monthly showcase, LEG DAY, at Laugh Factory Hollywood that regularly packs out. 

Vaca now tours nationally with 2025 theater and club dates promoted by major ticketers like Live Nation and Ticketmaster.  Online he drives a large audience across platforms, posting crowd work and road clips plus his YouTube series The Rene Vaca Show.  Expect tight storytelling, nimble crowd interaction, and SoCal-rooted observational bits delivered at a brisk clip.

Volunteers will receive one (1) GA ticket to this event. Once you’ve cashed in your service hours, your confirmation will appear on your dashboard. Mobile tickets will be sent by 12PM day of show—just scan at the door and enjoy the night!
